Now on Harmony

The last version of Ryckbost.com was hacked together to pull my most recent Tumblr posts and sprinkle in some awesomeness where I saw fit. Sadly, it never reached its potential. I wasn’t pleased with the design, the javascript was wonky (a case of trying to be too clever and not putting in enough effort to make it work correctly), and I didn’t post consistently (isn’t this the case with most Tumblrs?).

While still following the basic idea of Tumblr — that is, posting videos, photos, quotes, links and more — the latest incarnation is powered by Harmony. I feel right at home with Harmony… posting and managing content has never been easier.

So what’s in store for Ryckbost.com this year? Probably a helluva lot of baby pictures, posts about gardening, house projects and auto-detailing, with a dash of cool tid-bits I find on the internets.

So here’s to you Ordered List, for building Harmony and inspiring me to get back to blogging with a purpose.
